Conveyancing – Purchase with Mortgage (acting for buyer & lender solicitor)

I purchased my new home with a mortgage, and the firm also acted as my lender’s solicitor. They managed to complete everything before my tenancy expired, so I could move in straight away. From start to finish, the whole process took less than a month – truly impressive!
